Navigate to Settings → Task Templates. You have two options:
Option 1: Upload a document
Upload a PDF or document containing your task list
Ava extracts the tasks automatically
Option 2: Copy and paste
Click "Paste text"
Paste from a spreadsheet, another software (Open to Close, Aframe, Folio, Follow Up Boss), or type manually
Formatting tips
Include the task name and due date for each task
The order you list tasks is preserved after upload
The more detail you provide, the better Ava can work with it

You don't need templates to use ListedKit - Ava can generate tasks for you. Templates are for users with refined processes they want to preserve.
