How do I create email templates?

Navigate to Settings β†’ Email Templates. You have three ways to create templates:

1. Upload Files

  • Drag and drop or select files (PDF, TXT, CSV, JPG, PNG)

  • Note: Word documents (.docx) are NOT supported. Convert to PDF first or use copy-paste instead.

  • Ava's AI automatically extracts multiple templates from a single file

  • Great for importing existing email templates from other systems

2. Paste Text

  • Paste your email content directly (up to 4,000 characters)

  • Ava extracts and structures templates automatically

3. Start From Scratch

  • Create templates manually using the rich text editor

  • Full control over formatting, categories, and tags

Migrating from other systems

You can copy task lists and email templates from your existing transaction management system (SISU, Open to Close, Aframe, Folio, etc.) and paste them into ListedKit. Ava will learn your templates and remember them for future transactions.

Template fields

  • Name: Template identifier (required)

  • Category: Organizational grouping (e.g., "Document Request", "Closing")

  • Tags: Searchable keywords

  • Subject: Email subject line

  • Body: Email content with formatting

  • Context Hints: Help Ava understand when to use this template
