When you upload a contract, Ava automatically:
Reads the property address from your contract
Searches Follow Up Boss for a deal with the same address
Pulls in any contacts/parties from that FUB deal (email, phone, address)
Populates them into your ListedKit transaction

You'll see a Follow Up Boss icon on any party that was auto-matched. These contacts are now permanently synced:
Updates in Follow Up Boss → reflect in ListedKit
Updates in ListedKit → reflect in Follow Up Boss
To unlink a contact
Click on the party and select "Unlink" if you don't want that sync.
To view in FUB
Click the FUB icon to open that contact directly in Follow Up Boss.
