Auto Email Drafting is an intelligent feature where Ava automatically creates email drafts for your tasks at midnight on the due date. Instead of just reminding you about a task, Ava drafts the actual email you'd send to complete that task.
How it works
Create a task with "Auto-draft email" enabled
At midnight on the due date (in your timezone), Ava drafts the email
The draft appears in your Ava Chat for review
You edit if needed, then send when ready
What's included in the draft
Subject line
Full email body (using template or AI-generated)
Suggested recipients (from transaction parties)
Your email signature
Warning if any information is missing (e.g.,
⚠️ Missing buyer email address)
Important: Ava never sends emails automatically - you always review and approve first.
