How do I enable Auto Email Drafting on a task?

Steps

  1. Create or edit a task

  2. Toggle "Auto-draft email" ON

  3. Set a due date (required)

  4. Assign to one team member (required)

  5. Write clear instructions in the description field (e.g., "Send disclosure documents to the buyer")

  6. Optionally, select a specific email template to use

Requirements

  • Task must have a due date

  • Exactly one assignee (so Ava knows who to create the draft for)

  • Clear task description helps Ava understand what to draft
