No. Templates are applied at the time you use them—either during intake or when you ask Ava to apply a template.
If you update a template (add, remove, or edit tasks, documents, or compliance items), those changes will only apply to future transactions where you use that template.
To add new items to existing transactions
Ask Ava:
"Apply my updated closing checklist to this transaction"
"Add the HOA task template to this deal"
Or manually add individual items in the Tasks, Documents, or Timeline tab.
