Settings Menu Overview

Access Settings by clicking your name/avatar at the bottom left of the sidebar, then selecting Settings.

Settings Tabs

1. Account

  • Profile information (First Name, Last Name, Email)

  • Profile image upload

  • User preferences (confetti celebration on close toggle)

  • Active sessions management

  • Change password (if enabled)

2. Email

Three sub-sections accessible via toggle:

  • Email Templates - Create, edit, and manage email templates

  • Email Signatures - Create signatures from scratch, with AI, or import from Gmail; set defaults

  • Rules - Define email composition rules for Ava (date formatting, tone, etc.)

3. Task Templates

  • Upload task templates (drag & drop or paste)

  • Search and edit existing templates

  • Manage team access to templates

4. Compliance Templates

  • Upload compliance/document templates

  • Search and edit existing templates

  • Manage team access

5. Reminders

  • In-app notifications for reminders (on/off)

  • Email notifications for reminders (on/off)

  • Daily overview email at 8 AM your timezone (on/off)

6. Intake

  • Manage excluded fields for intake sections

7. Integrations

  • Calendar: Google Calendar

  • Email: Gmail

  • CRM: Follow Up Boss (FUB)

8. Users (requires Admin access)

  • View team members and pending invites

  • Invite new users by email

  • Assign roles: Super Admin, Admin, or User

  • Remove team members

9. Billing (Super Admin only)

  • View available transaction credits

  • Buy credits

  • View billing/purchase history

  • Apply promo codes

10. Company (Super Admin only)

  • Company information

  • Workspace timezone configuration
