+ New Transaction - Start a new transaction intake
Dashboard - Overview of all your transactions with status indicators
Contacts - Access your saved contacts/parties
Transactions Section
List of all your active transactions
Filter by transaction type (Active Listing, Under Contract)
Click any transaction to open it
Bottom Section
Click your name/avatar at the bottom to access:
Settings
Logout

You can collapse the sidebar using the arrow button on the right edge to give yourself more screen space.
