Steps to try
Wait a moment - Document processing can take 1-2 minutes for large files
Check your internet connection - A stable connection is required during intake
Refresh the page - Sometimes the status just needs to update
Click the red stop button - Cancel the current intake and start over with a fresh upload
Try re-uploading - If the file failed to process, upload it again

The transaction address
When you started the intake
Any error messages you saw
