My transaction is stuck in pending - what do I do?

If your transaction shows as "Pending" and doesn't seem to be processing:

Steps to try

  1. Wait a moment - Document processing can take 1-2 minutes for large files

  2. Check your internet connection - A stable connection is required during intake

  3. Refresh the page - Sometimes the status just needs to update

  4. Click the red stop button - Cancel the current intake and start over with a fresh upload

  5. Try re-uploading - If the file failed to process, upload it again

If the issue persists

Contact support with:

  • The transaction address

  • When you started the intake

  • Any error messages you saw
