How Does ListedKit's Notification System Work?

Discover how ListedKit's notification system keeps you and your team informed every step of the way.

ListedKit offers a robust notification system designed to keep you informed throughout your transaction management process. When you enable notifications in your account settings, you'll receive automated emails for various actions and updates. Currently, notifications are an all-or-nothing feature—you can toggle notifications on or off, but individual notification types cannot be customized.

1. What Notifications will my Clients Get if I Invite Them to the Client Portal?

When you invite a client to join the ListedKit client portal, they will receive the following notifications:

  • Email Invitation: The client will receive an email invitation to join ListedKit.
  • Task Reminders: Clients will receive notifications for any assigned tasks and reminders if tasks become overdue.

2. As an Admin, What Notifications will I get Weekly?

As an admin, you will receive several notifications designed to keep you updated on transaction activities and task management:

  • Daily Report Email: Sent every day if an audit is due, a new agent has joined, new transactions are created, or a document is uploaded.
  • Audit Reminder: You will receive an email 2 days before an audit is due.
  • Task Due Date Reminder: An email is sent a day before tasks are due, listing the upcoming tasks and transactions.
  • Agent Joins Notification: When an invited agent joins ListedKit, you will receive an email notification.

3. What Notifications will Agents Get?

Agents also receive a series of notifications to help them manage their transactions effectively:

  • Transaction Creation Notification: When an admin creates a transaction and assigns the agent, the agent receives an email notification.
  • Client Joins Notification: Agents are notified when a client joins ListedKit.
  • Audit Report Email: When an admin completes an audit and sends the report, the agent receives this email.
  • Daily Report Email: If tasks are completed, deadlines are approaching, new clients join, or documents are uploaded, the agent will receive a daily summary.
  • Closing Reminder: 3 days before the transaction closing date, the agent will receive a reminder email.
  • Overdue Tasks Notification: If the client has overdue tasks, the agent will be notified.
  • Task Due Date Reminder: An email listing the upcoming tasks and transactions will be sent a day before tasks are due.

How to Manage Your Notifications

To enable or disable notifications:

  1. Go to your ListedKit account settings.
  1. Locate the notifications tab.
  1. Turn notifications on to receive all available email alerts or off to stop all notifications.
