With ListedKit, you can easily customize your account to reflect your unique branding. When you set up your logo and brand colors, your clients will see a fully branded experience in their client portal—without any ListedKit branding.
Where to Customize Your Account
To start customizing your account, go to the Customization tab under Account Settings in ListedKit. You can access this directly via this link: Customization Tab.
What Can You Customize?
- Logo Upload: Tap the designated area to select and upload your logo. This logo will appear on your client portal, giving a cohesive and professional look to your communications.
- Background Color: You can set a custom background color using a hex code or by selecting from the color picker. This color will also be applied to the client portal, enhancing your brand’s visual identity.
How It Works for Your Clients
When clients access their portal, they’ll see your branding—not ListedKit’s. This ensures a seamless and professional experience for your clients, reinforcing your brand’s presence at every interaction.
Tips for a Cohesive Brand Experience
- Use High-Quality Logos: Ensure your logo is clear and professional-looking, especially if it will be displayed to clients. Note that ListedKit has a 1 MB limit for logo image uploads.
- Pick Consistent Brand Colors: Use colors that align with your website and other marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
