File size exceeds limits (30MB): compress files or break into sections
File format not supported: convert to PDF, PNG, JPG, TXT, CSV
Browser/connection issues: refresh page, clear cache, try different browser, check internet connection
Encrypted PDF: Some PDFs are password-protected or encrypted, preventing Ava from reading the content
