Each issue is assigned a severity level:
Severity | Color | Meaning |
Blocker | Red | Critical issues that could prevent closing (e.g., missing buyer/seller signature on purchase agreement) |
Warning | Yellow | Important issues to address but not deal-breakers (e.g., missing agent signature, minor date discrepancy) |
Info | Blue | Non-critical items for awareness (e.g., optional field blank) |
