Yes! Templates can be personal (only you) or team-wide (shared with workspace members).
To share a template
Go to Settings → Email Templates
Find your template in the list
Click the menu (three dots) → "Make Team-Wide"
To make a shared template personal
Find the template
Click menu → "Make Personal"
To copy a team template
Click "Duplicate" to create your own copy that you can customize.
