Tracks: Listing period, marketing requirements, property disclosures
Parties: Seller, listing agent, broker
Under Contract
Used when a property has an accepted purchase offer
Upload: Purchase agreement (+ addenda, counter-offers)
Tracks: Inspection periods, financing contingencies, appraisal deadlines, closing date
Parties: Buyer, seller, both agents, lenders, title/escrow
