Why can’t I find my property by its MLS number?

Here are a few steps to try if ListedKit can’t locate a listing via its MLS number:

  1. In the pop-up window where you enter the MLS number, look in the bottom-right corner to ensure the correct state is selected before hitting “Search.”
  1. Confirm the property has been active (live) on the MLS for at least 48 hours. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for listings to propagate to third-party data sources.
  1. Understand Our Coverage
      • ListedKit pulls from third-party real estate sites (e.g., Redfin, Zillow, RE/MAX, etc.). We don’t maintain our own direct MLS feeds. If your local MLS is covered by these sites, your listing should appear once the data is updated.
  1. Contact Support
      • If you’ve verified the state, confirmed that the listing is at least 48 hours old, and are still unable to find the property, please email us at hello@listedkit.com with the MLS number and property address. We’ll investigate on our end to see why it’s not showing up.
