Here are a few steps to try if ListedKit can’t locate a listing via its MLS number:
- In the pop-up window where you enter the MLS number, look in the bottom-right corner to ensure the correct state is selected before hitting “Search.”
- Confirm the property has been active (live) on the MLS for at least 48 hours. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for listings to propagate to third-party data sources.
- Understand Our Coverage
- ListedKit pulls from third-party real estate sites (e.g., Redfin, Zillow, RE/MAX, etc.). We don’t maintain our own direct MLS feeds. If your local MLS is covered by these sites, your listing should appear once the data is updated.
- Contact Support
- If you’ve verified the state, confirmed that the listing is at least 48 hours old, and are still unable to find the property, please email us at hello@listedkit.com with the MLS number and property address. We’ll investigate on our end to see why it’s not showing up.
