Why can’t I edit or remove a Client/Agent once created?

To comply with record-keeping best practices, we restrict removing contacts. However, if you need to delete or correct an email address or name:

  1. Try editing the contact under Clients or My Team using “Edit Details.”
  1. If it’s grayed out or you can’t proceed, contact support at hello@listedkit.com with the email/name to correct. We can often update it manually in the back end.
