What if the AI Contract Reader is inaccurate or times out?

If the AI fails to extract certain fields, or the process hangs:

  1. Refresh your browser or log out/log in to see if the contract is still pending.
  1. If it’s incorrect, you can manually adjust any data in the review screen (e.g., property address, client name).
  1. For persistent problems, send us a screenshot or the contract (omitting sensitive info) so we can improve our AI parsing for your region’s contracts.
