How do I track missing or partially signed documents?

ListedKit’s Documents tab allows you to store and organize files, but we currently don’t track partial signatures (e.g., “signed by buyer only” vs. “seller missing”). Many users handle this by creating a task or milestone for each required file, labeling tasks like “Upload fully executed XYZ,” and emailing status updates if files are incomplete. We appreciate all suggestions on how best to handle partial signatures and continue to evaluate new features.
