How do I send a “one-sheet summary” of the transaction status or missing documents to the agent?

ListedKit doesn’t have a built-in, automated summary generator for missing/correct docs. But many TCs create an email template called something like “Missing/Outstanding Documents” and use advanced fields to autofill in the details (or remove irrelevant placeholders) before sending:

  1. Create an email template that includes the details you like to include in the one-sheet summary.
  1. Add an email task due every 7 days since AO as a reminder to send it.
  1. During an active transaction you’ll be able to edit the template to list what’s missing and what’s complete.
  1. Once ready, send it to your agent, lender, or any other party who needs the update.
