ListedKit doesn’t have a built-in, automated summary generator for missing/correct docs. But many TCs create an email template called something like “Missing/Outstanding Documents” and use advanced fields to autofill in the details (or remove irrelevant placeholders) before sending:
- Create an email template that includes the details you like to include in the one-sheet summary.
- Add an email task due every 7 days since AO as a reminder to send it.
- During an active transaction you’ll be able to edit the template to list what’s missing and what’s complete.
- Once ready, send it to your agent, lender, or any other party who needs the update.
