ListedKit doesn’t yet include a built-in “Export Transaction Summary” feature. Until that ships, you can create a clean, share-ready summary in seconds with our free ListedKit Transaction Summary Assistant (a Custom GPT inside ChatGPT).
When to use this workaround
- You need a one-page overview for agents, clients, or vendors.
- You want to avoid copying data into a separate doc manually.
Step-by-step
- Copy the transaction details from ListedKit
- Open the transaction and go to Details.
- Select everything:
- Mac: press ⌘ + A
- Windows/Linux/Chromebook: press Ctrl + A
- Copy the selection (⌘/Ctrl + C)—you’ll paste it into ChatGPT next.
- Open GPT using this link
- Go to ChatGPT → Explore GPTs → search “ListedKit Transaction Summary Assistant” and open it.
- Copy your transaction data
- In ListedKit, open the transaction.
- Select everything in Details (or any fields you want included) and copy it.
- Paste the prompt into ChatGPT
Copy the block below, paste it into the GPT chat, and replace the placeholder with your copied details.
Please generate a Transaction Summary from the data block below. Ignore any empty or placeholder values. [paste your transaction details here]
- Send & review
- Click Send.
- The GPT returns a formatted summary (markdown headings, bullets, no blank fields).
- Copy it into an email, PDF, or wherever you share updates.
Tips
- Leave any empty or placeholder fields (MM/DD/YYYY, --:--) in place—the GPT filters them out automatically.
- Need to adjust section headers or add branding? Ask the GPT in a follow-up message (e.g., “Remove emojis” or “Add our logo link”).
