Can I automatically send emails when tasks are due?

Yes! ListedKit supports email automation. When you create or edit a task in a Transaction Kit, you can:

  1. Assign an email template to that task.
  1. Set its due date relative to a key date (e.g., Contract Date + 3 days).
  1. Choose “Auto Email” under “Assigned To,” or manually send it when you’re ready.

Emails can also be set to send on specific milestones (e.g., “Under Contract” or “Inspection Date”). Just make sure you have your Gmail integration turned on to send emails from your own address.
