How do I add images to my email signature?

To add an image to your signature

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Email β†’ Signatures

  2. Click on your signature to edit it

  3. Copy and paste the image directly into the signature editor (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)

Troubleshooting image size issues

If your image doesn't appear or you get an error:

  1. Compress the image - Use image compression tools to reduce file size

  2. Resize dimensions - Smaller dimensions mean smaller file sizes

  3. Use screenshot workaround - Take a screenshot of your signature image and use that instead (often significantly reduces file size while maintaining quality)

  4. Use JPEG format - JPEGs are typically smaller than PNGs for photos

Recommended image sizes

  • Logo: 200-300px width

  • Headshot: 100-150px width

  • Keep file sizes under 100KB for best results
