Why won't my login link work? (Outlook users)

If you're using Microsoft Outlook and your magic login links aren't working, this is likely caused by Outlook's "Safe Links" security feature.

What's happening

Outlook automatically clicks links in emails to check if they're safe. This "pre-click" uses up your one-time login link before you can click it yourself.

Solutions

  1. Add ListedKit to Safe Senders - Add the ListedKit domain to your Outlook safe senders list

  2. Request code-based login - Contact support to enable code-based authentication for your account (enter a code instead of clicking a link)

  3. Check your spam folder - Login emails may be filtered
