How do I manage team access and permissions?

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Users

  2. Add team members by email, set role and permission level, assign to specific transactions

  3. Choose permission level:

- Super Admin: full access + buy credits

- Admin: full access, no credits

- User: view assigned transactions only

  1. Manage existing users, modify permissions, remove or deactivate

Important for Admin users

Even with full access permissions, you must be added as a collaborator on a transaction to interact with it (view details, add tasks, send emails, etc.).

Go to the transaction's Details tab and add yourself as a collaborator if you need to work on it.
