If you need to connect a different email account:
Steps
Go to Settings → Integrations
Find your connected email account (Gmail or Outlook)
Click "Disconnect"
Click "+ Add Integration"
Select your email provider and click Connect
Sign in with your new account

This is useful if you accidentally connected your personal email instead of your work email, or if you're switching from Gmail to Outlook (or vice versa).
